The havenworth project was developed with a focus on sustainability. Increasing the efficiency of the building's hot water and space heating system is the largest step we can take to reducing our impact on the environment. This increase in efficiency translates into energy conservation and lower utility costs.

The developer, Courtenay Investments Ltd., teamed up with Conematic, a leader in heating innovation, to provide an eco-friendly high-efficiency integrated solution for the building's hot water and space heating requirements.

Conematic's Hybritherm units are used to provide hybrid hot water and space heating for each unit.

Hybritherm Features

1. Utility Savings - Hybritherm's domestic hot water and space heating integration uses one heating element and a state of the art control system to reduce energy consumption. Results: 25% to 35% savings in annual utility costs.
